Grafitti sickness – by Vicky and Luli
Nowadays, a lot of teenagers tend to vandalise the city they live in. But, do you consider graffiti a art?
If you go for a walk around our area you will realise that our walls are full of untidy writing of young people who don’t have anything else to do. It is a way of showing off. Astonishingly, our society doesn’t pay enough attention to how the neighbourhood is being destroyed.
So what can be done to cure this sickness? The obvious answer would be to make them pay for the damage they have caused and not let them get away with it. Also, another punishment we suggest is making the vandals clean ten walls for each one they have painted.
Hopefully, the council takes into account our suggestions and comes up with a solution that solves this problem
